Your function

For the expansion of our CNC precision turning department , where we mass-produce extremely small jewelery parts, we are looking for a passionate person with an eye for detail. During the first months you will be guided step by step to learn how to operate the machines, to carry out product checks and to make adjustments where necessary. You are jointly responsible for the timely and high-quality finish of the production and you contribute ideas to continuously improve the process. You work in day shifts but are flexible at busy times.

Your profile

• You are driven, highly motivated and discreet ;
• Extreme precision is self-evident and you strive for it at all times
• You have an interest in microtechnology;
• You are critical of your work and always look for improvement;
• You had an education in (elektro)mechanics or mechanical design techniques;
• You have a strong spatial and technical insight;
• You are stress resistant and disciplined following strict procedures
• You have a large sense of responsibility, order and perfection;
• You are flexible, honest, loyal and collegial ;
• You have respect for your work, your fellows, their beliefs, origin and orientation ;
• Th official language in our company is Dutch; a basic knowledge of English is a plus.
